If you have '20? No.

Let me be fair and expand. There is nothing wrong with Franchise Mode in 21. Gameplay is great, though I personally would not say its the best its ever been. Thats just my opinion of course. I do not like RTTS at all in 21 though. For me it is the worst it has ever been.

My big complaint is really the lack of substance. When the team decided or had to take out carry over saves they killed the need for a lot of us to switch year to year. I have a franchise I have been playing since 14. Then add about 6 or 7 seven historical and fictional franchises going and I am just happy with those as they are all well beyond the current physically years and having a lot of fun.

What all this means? To quote someone on here "Its not a bad game its just not the game for me"

Yes if you don't plan on getting 22 next year.... If you plan on buying 22 then just wait a few more months IMO

If you want a glorified card collecting game that caters to the ridiculous online fake team crowd then yes.

If you want a good single player game with natural progression then stick with 20.

If you want a good, deep franchise mode….. well…
