I did say that they could go work at McDonalds. And actually, two Braves players signed up to work for Papa Johns for one day.

I was frustrated as with everybody else. But when there is a report that the deal might be close, I'm not allowed to praise it or say lets hope so?

That fart piss etc comment was just a joke saying that the owners and players don't do or say anything that will piss the other off that will jeopardize their agreement if there is one. This has been a rollercoaster of a week with all these ups and downs.

Hey maybe its on me for being too emotionally level and taking the news in stride knowing I won't know when a deal is done until its done and not blaming ppl for not taking a deal they don't want for selfish reasons. I still can't wrap my head around using the board as a personal twitter feed to stream your conscience which careens from im never watching baseball again to excited to watch baseball in a a matter of hours, But hey its seems like im the odd one here.

I have never said I'm done watching baseball. I'll admit, I'll watch it whenever it comes back on even if I'm upset at them. I know we are all emotional about this and it has been a roller coaster the last couple of days. I just want them to get this deal done so we can move on and look forward to the season.
