    Nintendo

Last year when it was announced that MLB the Show would no longer be Sony exclusive Nintendo tweeted out a congratulatory reaction. Since then no Switch release.

What are the odds a Nintendo port could be in the works for 2022? I know Switch is technologically inferior to what Sony and MS bring to the table but certainly a dumbed down port could be cobbled together for a platform perfectly suited for baseball.

The Show in Switch handheld mode would be intruiging to a lot of gamers I would think.

PS: what about a Stadia version?

I'm not sure what to expect for Show 22 as far as Nintendo but I do think we'll see it here by Show 23.

when it comes to a lot of games, I think of it like this: PlayStation and XBox are the Mastercard and Visa of consoles, while Nintendo is like Discover, not everyone accepts it

Until Nintendo gets out of the mindset that they can have consoles that are 2 generations behind the current gen consoles, I can't imagine The Show will be on them. If SDS brought the game to the Switch right now, it basically be like playing on a PS3.

Actually, with Steam Deck on the horizon, I am wondering more about a port to the PC. Not as much would be lost in the translation going from consoles to PC (as going to the Switch).
