Yikes not a good look for Sony releasing it after the season has already begun for the 2nd year in a row.

I'd say there's almost no chance the season starts before this releases at this point.

I always buy hard copy version of games when possible.  

If they bring back carry over franchise I'll buy mlbts again.  It's currently the only ps5 game I own.   Waiting to add esports boxing and eventually college football.

If you don't have Gamepass, you can buy up to 3 years of Gold and then convert it to Gamepass 1:1 for an additional $1 for new users and $15 for expired previous users. Around Christmas Newegg had Gold for $50 so I bought 3, then converted it to Gamepass 1:1 total spent 50x3+15=$165
