I wish they gave us graphic options, I’d love for it to be this:
1) Dynamic 4K/mostly 60fps (what it is now)
2) 1440p/locked 60fps
3) 1080p/120fps

Indeed, but I don’t see why this game can’t do 4K native 60fps and 1440p 120fps like madden does.

I am glad I was not the only one.



My buddies thought I was crazy when I said Xbox response time was quicker.



Whenever I switched to PS I was late on EVERY pitch and the timing was noticeable. In a baseball game even the smallest difference is noticeable.

Same here. I think with VRR and I believe a refresh rate of 5ms really helps.



Can't recommend that TV enough for gamers with the game specific features it has.

This could be one of the factors for sure, as PS5 doesn’t support VRR at the moment (it’s apparently coming soon in an update).

You all just saved me the $70 to enjoy the dual sense controller. I only used it on my series X on my CX but was thinking I’d go ps5 this year but I’ll continue to rock it on gamepass. .

I have the C1 as well and I hit so much better on the Series X than on PS5. That TV is just insanely awesome

It’s mainly because the series x forces the console to play on 120fps mode which is the native refresh rate for the oleds we have. When you play a game on the native resolution and refresh rates it’ll run at the lowest input lag. On the series x it’s running 5.6ms input lag while on the ps5 even if you put the console on performance mode it’ll still run the game at 60fps making the input lag higher. On the CX running games in 60fps the input lag is 13.5ms and 10ms with input lag boost on the C1. Even though that’s very low it’s doubled on the ps5.

I hope they do a deluxe edition upgrade option for game pass users like they did with Forza so we don’t have to pay full price to play with early access.

Wow… I honestly didn’t think they’d do that again.

But it kinda makes you think if it’ll be a minimal update compared to 21. I just feel like there’s gotta be a catch

Better then last year's release date, probably early acces with the special editions also, so maybe we can play on april first or second..

Oh yeah, the VRR definitely helps. I had a Sony TV before the C1 and it would stutter while playing The Show, but the C1 smoothed it right out. Not to mention playing games like COD at 120hz has helped me considerably since I suck normally[emoji23]

Never played on switch so don’t know why they would release the game on it and not PC. UNLESS, because it’s mobile and it will keep players spending money on the go. Disgusting greedy move. They are approaching the top spot of excel greedy sports game developers.

Yikes not a good look for Sony releasing it after the season has already begun for the 2nd year in a row.

If the lockout ends, Opening Day is scheduled for March 31st, so how is it a bad look that it comes out 5 days into the new season which is 162 games long?

Plus, you get a warning that any game is leaving, and you get a 10% discount over whatever it is selling in the store for.

I've never understood that posts, where people are afraid they will get suckered. The other option is buy it for $70 on day one. Unless you are only buying GamePass for one game, there is no way it will cost you MORE to wait to buy the game.

And for me, who already had GamePass well into 2022 by the time this was announced, this is literally just a free game. Oh, and because I have GamePass Ultimate, I play it on my PC a decent amount via cloud gaming. Seriously, it plays better on the console, either my One X or Series X, but it's also plays fine.

It's nice to sit at my desk and go through roster moves and maybe sim some games. And seriously, it massively increased the time I spent with the game, because it is all cloud saves. Also, you can play it on your iPhone or iPad with a controller from any wifi connection.

I took MS a hell of a lot longer to accomplish what they wanted with the XB1, but GamePass is a brilliant gaming experience.

All that we miss out on is weeks of complaints about rosters that are still in flux.

That's not really how gamespass works. It more means that Microsoft thinks its a potential console seller, so are willing to pay a significant amount to get it on there subscription service. Along with also thinking their cut of the microtransactions will significantlymake up for their investment(or its exceptionally cheap yo buy the rights to put it on gamespass, but that's extremely unlikely)
