I have already taken about 50 videos of players from 21 ready to Create come April 1st.

I don't think we will even see baseball then too so there won't be massive rush to get to many CAP done because the rosters won't move.

just record your videos now of CAP ready in your phone. it will take 30 mins per player. don't delete 21 yet it will be our only way to Create players faces, then start from scratch.

well my way of thinking is instead of talking about the problem find a solution and that is all we have for now. which is better then no solution

30 minutes/player = 600 hours to create 40-man rosters.

Think about it; thats more than 1/4 of the hours most people work in an entire calendar year.

So roster making is *literally* a part time job.

40 man rosters really isn't the issue here though. it is minor league players and Vets who missed last year that won't be in the game.

I know SDS does put in SOME minor league players into the game now. but we are not looking at 40 players a team here now.

The way I see if I have about 4 hours a night. that is 8 players I can get done a night. (pitchers take longer then position players because of the attributes) if 5 of us did that at once.

There is your 40 players per night created. and 280 players done in 7 days.

but we will just continue to complain about it. all it takes is 5 people to commit to 4 hours a night for a week. and that is 280 players done

It is, for alot of us... 93 players for those that created retro rosters.

Using the RBU, with reasonable pitch edits and attention to detail, it takes a week of evenings per team. 30 weeks?! C'mon. Frontal lobotomy would be less painful.

Rosters should port across versions. There is no logical reason that shouldn't be possible. We're getting hosed. And by hosed, I mean something else entirely.
