Then the original franchise I would probably keep active just to see what trades the CPU said were realistic for it if I wanted to do some additional trades down the line… But actually play the Rockies with that forced trade roster, just basically to have some fun. Obviously it’s a little bit cheating but I think it would be fun to see what I can do with it to see if I can actually bring home a World Series.

Alternatively I would just play a regular franchise with the Toronto Blue Jays. With regular trade restrictions.

Those are always my two teams, I’ve loved the Rockies since they were formed, and I’m Canadian so I have to support the Blue Jays lol.

I think the Rockies are pretty underrated tbh. The pitching staff is better than a lot of people give them credit for...their problem recently has been the lineup. They've been the worst hitting team in baseball the last 2 years, but hopefully that changes with Bryant and Grichuk coming in

Going with two separate franchises for my two favorite teams, Mariners and Braves. Mariners are my favorite team since I was a kid and Braves are my local team. Going to try to defend the WS with the Braves and build the Mariners into a contender and develop their prospects. Going to handle each franchise very differently so I am definitely excited to get started. I'm going to wait until after opening day to start so hopefully all new transactions from the past week will be updated.

That's kinda funny, I'm the opposite. Braves are my favorite team since I was a kid, Mariners are the local team.

I want to go with the Red Sox but not until the scoreboard gets fixed (in the game).

That is funny. Ken Griffey Jr. was my favorite player growing up and my prime baseball years just happened to coincide with the prime Mariner years with Jr., Johnson, A-Rod, Buhner, Martinez, etc. so I was a huge M's fan and have been ever since. I live in the SE now and the Braves are the closest team so it has been fun rooting for them for the last 6-7 years that I have lived in the South. I am crossing my fingers though that Charlotte gets an expansion team in the next expansion. Supposively we are in the top 3 city choices for an expansion team.

i go thru this every year, i never know what team to pick. then i wait for rosters and i never get to do a full 162 season. this year the rosters arent bad, so i just been punching in the trades and i will start tonight. now i just need to figure out a team. so many teams did good this offseason with pickups. blue jays, mets, cardinals, dodgers. this is so hard.
