Help linking Switch and ps4 accounts

I have been messing with this for a hour and having no luck. I have both systems in front of me and a laptop logged in to theshow.com

The link codes you have to be logged into your MLBTS account to type in it appears. Everytime I do that it says invalid. I got it to work once but when I saved my RTTS on the cloud it didn't appear on the other system. How in the world do you get this working?

I'd like to link a RTTS to play on both platforms. And eventually my franchise when I start one of those. Thanks for any help!

Okay got them both linked again I guess. But when I upload a save to the cloud it doesn't show up on the other console. I don't have to have PS Plus and whatever it is to play online for the Switch do I?

I am having the same issues & it is frustrating. When I had the PS and Vita it was super easy to move from cloud to cloud. They made this way too complex. I have every all linked according to what I am seeing. I was able to upload my PS4 file no problem to the cloud. But when I go to my Switch nothing shows up. Hopefully someone can explain to us the process.
