Humor me. I'm rather new so please be kind of these questions.

I have a PS4 Pro.

I have MLBTS 20. I recently found and downloaded an updated opening day roster for the 2022 season.

I am looking into buying the MLBTS 21 cheap. (I found it for about $12)

Let me start by saying I only play Franchise. I don't do Y2Y. I play a season then start another.

My questions are:

1.) should I get MLBTS 21?
2.) why should i get it?
3.) can you download an updated 2022 roster from the vault?
4.) what are a FEW things that I can't do other then Y2Y carry over saves?

1)of course
2a) it's $12. what else you gonna do w/$12, buy a half gallon of gas? lol
2b) do you really wanna play the same schedule again? I know no one remembers a 162 game schedule verbatim but still
3) dunno. my best guesstimate is yes
4) dunno but one big thing for me personally that I hate is the Show menu in 21 AND 22. is super annoying. I just cannot get acclimated. probably a mental block

It's a game with a bit more polish around the edges than 20. Significant rookie faces you'll be missing in 20. Extra innings rule. I love the menus, hated the 20 ones (personal opinion)
3.) can you download an updated 2022 roster from the vault?
There are several. All well made. Historic ones too.

4.) what are a FEW things that I can't do other then Y2Y carry over saves?
I don't know. But I don't care. I play single season franchise mode. I play that all year, it takes me about 10 months to get through a season as my favourite team.

Great Question.... I am mulling the very same questions today.....
LOVED the Show, played it non stop form 15 - 19 (work and NHL got in the way--oh and marriage...lol...perhaps I should have put that before NHL lol)

Keen to get going again with the Show......Saw that MLBTS21 is on offer at a bargain price here in UK, or should I stop being miserly and re -up with 22?

I think you ought to spend the next 6 months on Show 20 , find it on the cheap, then move on to Show 21, on the cheap, for another 6 months. when Show 23 releases next March/April, then you move on to Show 22. again, on the cheap.
what I like about each years new Show is a differing sched than from the year before. also, another thing of importance in Show 22 (the current Show) is the Cleveland Baseball Team (previously known as the *******) is now The Cleveland Guardians

Amen, I was amazed by the terrible (new) menu structure last year and thought to myself how can this menu have passed the testing phase?! Only to find out it’s exaxtly the same this year [emoji2373]

Every Show session I at least screw it up a few times whereas in the tile menu I could blindly navigate through after a week.
