Classic pitching, directional hitting, dynamic difficulty for me. I play a ton of games to get my happy spot with the difficulty and then lock the slider at 0.

Sometimes I have to bump the slider up a bit if I try out a new roster that does some really interesting things with attributes in the never-ending quest for realistic play and stats.

so when the game first came out, i was using timing only and getting hits and home runs. then the patch came out and i couldn't hit like that. so then i switch to zone with the pci anchor, and i could be wrong but from watching a youtube video, i put the anchor on the left side or right side in and just swing. is that ok?

Played with Timing/Directional since Home Run on Atari 2600. Why would I use anything else? [emoji848][emoji6]

I dunno if it's been mentioned but make sure your gameplay style is on competitive. Yes I know, we're all hardcore sim gamers but putting that option on sim is going to give you many ulcers. Don't do it, just go competitive and use whatever hitting interface you want.
