Create a Team/Playing with a fictional team

In 22, is there create a team for franchise, or some option like relocation/expansion, uniform editor, where you can play as a fictional team? It's for the PS4, FYI.

After you select franchise you come to the team selection screen. The option to use custom teams is there.

You have to replace an existing team with your New team. You can pick the location, team name and Abbreviation (LAA-NYY etc.) There is a list of names that have audio files...and also names of cities to pick from. You can pick the home park, and design the Uni's. One thing I don't care for is it seems even with the Team name being in the audio list-the in game announcers don't use it...but the stadium announcers do. I'm hoping they might fix that. Otherwise it's great!
