Lineup and Rotations to stick in Franchise

Given a 40 man roster with 26 players on it (all 30 teams), lineups and rotations are set.

Start franchise, spring training is nice. Lineups and Rotations are accurate.

Finish spring training, every team adjusts lineups and rotations.

This is with all 30 teams selected at team choice window
This is with CPU Roster Control On.

I know at one point, we had to use a second profile, but i don't see that in this game.

    What am I missing?

If it's like last year (I haven't started franchise yet) you have to send everyone down to the minors for all 30 teams to get the rosters to stick, but if you have lineups and rotations on auto for the cpu teams they will just re-do the lineups again.

      Anyone get this to work?

I used to be able to just have 26 man rosters (30 team control), skip spring training and lineups stick. I tried this year and they don't stick.

I know this has always been an issue but I must ask the profile you had controlling the other 29 teams you had the lineups, 40 man all that set to manual right?

I feel like this has always been an issue. The 40 man will hold but never the lineups so I usually set them up after spring ends

Yes manual. I never had a problem as long as you start with the 26/25 man rosters.

I put in A ball and remove from 40 man injured players. This year it's a mess with how the CPU moves everyone around.

I wouldn't even be so upset if I just had to re-arrange lineups but the CPU moved players who I removed from 40 man to different levels in organization and frankly made some head scratching moves.

I spent over 5 hours getting everything set up..ugh!!!

I'm pretty sure the only conclusion was that you have to make your roster moves while in Spring Training in Franchise Mode. Not much anyone can do that already spent hours setting their roster outside of Franchise Mode already.

Yep...I had to on last day of ST take all the players off the 40 (just moved them to AAA) and then started regular season. Lineups stuck.

CPU then puts the AAA players back to their AA or A assignments.

Why SDS did this I have no idea...very frustrating to not have 26 man stick when start in regular season anymore.
