After patch 3 today the medium fielding camera is tilted way up and zoomed way out. Anyone else notice this .

Yes that is how it is supposed to be.
It was "bugged" at launch, but they have fixed it.
Unfortunately for those who liked the new medium camera, it doesn't exist in the game anymore. Maybe they can look to bring it back and call it low camera.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I hope they do bring it back. I'm legally blind so that new camera view is hard 4 me to see. I loved the closer viewComment

I loved the “glitched” view as well. I thought it was perfect. I really don’t get whey they feel they have to have the camera so far away from the fielders. Defense Dynamic and Medium are pretty far away. High is really far away. Classic is ok but not good for plays in the outfield. Broadcast of course lacks depth perception.
I really wish they’d add new cameras, it’s been the same for over a decade. If anyone has access to SDS please voice your opinion on how you want the old camera medium view back as an option.Comment

However they should definitely make everyone happy and keep both cameras and call the new one "LOW".Comment

Problem is they used to have a low camera but they took it out because according to them no one ever used it. But the issue with that old camera view was that it was extremely low and close to the fielders. It was not the sweet spot that was this previous glitched medium view. So I fear they won’t add it.Comment

i recall last year's version that had a glitch that removed the baserunners diamond icon. i use auto throwing and auto baserunning and loved that brief moment of ultimate clean screen...this game is so close to looking like real life...wish i could remove all these icons, notifications, manager tips... plus the blue fielding circle if i wanted to try other fielding options as it's a distraction for me. wish there was at least an option to make this stuff super transparent like the options (colors, appearance) available for the batting pci...ah well maybe one day.Comment

I believe the medium cam used to be lower actually.
If my memory is correct, the camera changed from '17 to '18.
I recall having to get used to the more high up version.
I was in love with the glitched medium cam, too bad it's gone.Comment

Has anyone contacted SDS about the camera change? I did but there is strength in numbers. I agree with tnixen, it needed to be fixed but they made a beautiful mistake. It was perfect.Comment
