to be honest i usually would of done that. i am only waiting this time because of cano being a rookie in those vault updates. and in sony he will have service time.

On the one I used he didn't have any stats but had 15 years service time so he doesn't show up as a rookie.

true, but it's pretty annoying, when cano on opening day gets a base hit and they talk about his first league in the big leagues; the stats on his player cards will also be wrong.
Just waayy different to play with an original Cano than a CAP from the vault; same with Thames or Greg Bird or whoelse is missing...

Was supposed to be today but not likely it would have been out already. Its a shame it is taking so long.

There’s a content drop at noon PST. If it’s not with that I’d say we aren’t getting it today. I just got home late last night from a week long work trip. Haven’t gotten to play the game since last Saturday. I was expecting to get up this morning and have everything ready to go for my franchise. So I can’t help but be a little disappointed.

I could see it either way...my guess is they are holding off on a big ratings update until these guys have some more games under their belt, but I could see if they still go with a transaction/new players update today

True most likely they will just announce today when it will be which my guess is next week. For some reasons over the years they have got slower and slower at releasing things like the game and the content updates. Not really sure the cause of it maybe a smaller staff? Honestly have no idea

And if they’re doing that then I can live with it. But it goes back to the transparency thing IMO. At least tell us that’s what they’re waiting on. If it’s not DD related then we’re left completely in the dark about it.

What are most accurate roster's in the vault you guys have seen?
I haven't decided which one.
Been waiting for the new roster to drop like everyone else.

I'd be okay with them be slow pokes if they just threw fake caps in there with right career stats so we can edit their faces and make Cano while we wait, but no that's apparently too ****ing hard. This is ****ing bull****

If the rosters isn’t out by the time i leave for work. The vault roster im using is titled updated 26 man roster by wytetygaking he has the main missing ppl from what i saw and updated trans as of 4/9

Really thought it would be today. But I feel like it would have been released by now if that were the case. I’m not going to be happy if I have to sit around another week before starting a franchise. I agree everything was better when this was PlayStation Exclusive.

I used to do the same thing but now the minor leagues are so poorly done that I decided to start mine right away and focusing on building via the draft.

I'm using Pirates relocated and the #1 2b prospect in all of baseball according to MLB.com is Nick Gonzales. Projected eta 2022. His attributes are terrible. Con/pow 46/48 vs rhp and 54/52 vs lhp. 50/55/45 vis/disc/clt. Fielding attributes in the 50's. B potential.

With progression being based on a combination of potential and performance he is several years away from MLB and might not ever get there.

Henry Davis is #4 catcher prospect and after one month he is -3 contact vs both rhp and lhp because of progression based on performance.

I don't know who made these minor league rosters but they can't be thinking about how the progression works or looking at milb top ten prospect lists.

The only way to build a franchise is via the June draft so opening day rosters don't mean as much to me as they used to.
