    Managing star minor leaguers?

So I don’t quite understand what I should be doing here… When you have a star minor league or who’s in up there up and comer marked with that up arrow that he’s a star prospect… and say he’s sitting at AA Ball… Should you move him up to AAA? When and why?

Also if you have somebody in AAA, and you designate them for your 40 man roster, does it negatively affect them if you never put them on the MLB roster and play them?

You'll get different ideas for how to handle top prospects. You want to have them placed where they are succeeding. Some guys will put all their top prospects in A or AA just to make sure they are playing well and not playing in the league where they arent ready yet and their performance might suffer. For example a top prospect that has a 60 overall might not be ready for AAA.....

Bottom line is place them where you think they'll have the best success and monitor their performance. You'll get monthly updates saying if a minor leaguer is playing well or not playing well.

I don't believe a 40 man roster guy is affected by where you place him.

It will negatively effect him if you put him on the mlb bench and never play him. So, its better to leave him in AAA.
I have a SP, that will stay in AAA till I need him. I call him up, use him, and then send him back down the next day. That way he isnt sitting in the bullpen.
Really wish sports games played to ratings!
Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players
      CFB 25 The absolute GOAT!!!
MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.
