30 Team Control Help

For the Show I'm mainly a franchise player and I've seen a lot of about 30 Team control. Looking for tips on how to set it up properly. I would like to run it as a "expansion" team and institute a salary cap. With the salary cap making a floor and a ceiling for it.

For me to do this does anyone use like spreadsheets or anything to keep track of everything. How would one put together a expansion type draft. Any recommendations on how to work this all would be appreciated.

Same here, I have several franchises going for whatever team I feel like using that day, but I've read about people setting up a 30 team franchise. Would love to learn more and get more immersed in this game.

Look at Armors slider set discussion from just a few days ago. He lays out specifics on how to set it up. It really should be a sticky on this page because people ask about 30 team control quite a bit.

30 team control is great for immersion.

Honestly I think the reason this isn’t a thing is because it’s actually really easy and only seems daunting to the uninitiated. Takes like literally twenty seconds to set up. Once you do it for yourself it’s it’s like you’re embarrassed for asking imo. Definitely a FAQ no disagreement there, just saying, once you actually set it up it’s like “oh yeah a nine year old could figure this out.”

That’s how it went for me anyway haha

This. I actually had mine set up correctly and didn't even realize it, so I deleted my franchise.When Armor posted the step by step instructions I was like, "Wait...I did it right? What!?" and then felt silly. It does sound really daunting when you think about controlling all 30 teams but it's really easy, and once you get going you realize you have a whole baseball universe at your fingertips to do whatever you want with.
