Same, though I'm certainly not complaining.

The closest I've come to seeing anything described in this or other similar threads is a runner on first diving back into the base on a hard line drive that just gets past an infielder (less than 2 outs). I see that as an edge case - whether the ball is caught in the air or not depends on the fielder's reaction and abilities, and the game is having to make a very quick decision to avoid getting the runner doubled off of the base.

I just wonder if the devs have been unable to recreate the more serious issues some have reported over the years, seeing as there are those of us who have never seen anything like that happen. If they can't recreate it, they can't fix it - simple as that.

Well lucky you..lol it is happening and it is frustrating!. Can you tell us what settings you are using for baserunning and buttons style? I am using Assist base running and classic button so that could be the problem I'm not sure why.

It really sucks that this is not fixed by now. Also, the runner(s) on first or second base do go back with two outs on a hit which is really a program glitch that causes a lot of force outs in this game...

I always use analog + assist.

I've found it very intuitive to use ever since it was introduced - just point at the runner I want to control and the push the face button of the base i want him to go to.

Your button setup definitely isn't the issue because I use classic assist.

Same here, never tried DD before because I didn't have PS Plus but have PS Plus now so fired up DD while waiting for the rosters to drop and I ended up going all in. Never thought I'd get into it but it's been fun. Also, as you said, not a dime has been spent either. All the people complaining about spending money on DD just don't want to deal with the long grind it takes and I get it cause the grind is tedious. But I'm not going to bash SDS over it and make it seem like having to spend real money is required to get anywhere in DD.

And very addicting I must say with DD!..lol I don't play online, only offline. I am really enjoying it especially the Moments and Other Programs. They are quick and fun to do IMO.

Like you said I too am waiting for an updated roster to start my franchise and RTTS but this DD mini games is really holding me up and taking my time from them!..lol.

This years MLBTS is so much better and I've been noticing a lot of the new animations they added this year with playing DD a lot. The robbing HR's in the outfield are outstanding and realistic! The most fun I've had with MLB in years! It's a great baseball game!
