Live Roster Problems

For two days now my system has been trying to download the latest live roster. It fails to download and then it kicks me off online due to a mismatched Roster?

Any ideas folks. I dont play online but I do fiddle with RTTS and I like earning my experience and stubs to get stuff, gear and packs its just fun rewards even if I don't ever mess with DD.

Basically if I cant download this roster update for some reason it makes half the game I play inaccessible. Because I can't access my player or change equipment etc. Nothing is there as it is all tied to online crapfest.

Only suggestion I could offer would be to un-install and then reinstall the game and see if that fixes the issue.

I was afraid of that. I have crap internet. Doing this is like an all day thing. UGH!!

Took my PS4 over to a friends house. Deleted everything, all game files, rosters, franchises etc. Completely wiped the game. Even did a Data base rebuild. Still will not download the LIVE Roster and Disconnects me from The Show Online "Due to a Mismatched Roster"

I don't know what else to do. Every other game and online works well. Even tried '20 and '21 they all work fine. Even played some Division. So its not on my end.

I have submitted a ticket. Seems a few people are having the problem on The Show Forums?

Please let me know if you all have any ideas.

Have you tried either 2 options?

1. Go dave the live roster?

2. Delete your psn name under user accounts then put it back on there? Just make sure u save your progress like franchise, rtts etc...

Day three of not being able to play a game I dropped hard earned money on. This is getting ridiculous. I am about done with this. Its about to be shelved permanently including going forward. Garbage games all tied to online crap that is all just money grabs. No longer care about customers or the foundation that got them here.

Are you on ps4 or ps5? Once i know this i can try to walk you thru the steps to remove your psn name and add it back.

If u have a headset/mic we could do a party chat and i can walk you thru some things you could try, but dont worry im here to help and pretty tech savy.

Can you grab a copy of the latest rosters from The Show site(not even sure that is an option), save to a usb thumbdrive and then upload them that way to your ps4?

I don't think that is an option but I will check.

probably ought to check the roster vault, there should be an upload there from someone with the latest live roster

I can't access the vaults because it wont download the Live Roster and signs me out of The Show Online system. I cant access any online feature of my inventory or anything even remotely affiliated with an online component because it is just not there. I can only play a new franchise with default rosters.

Ok. Here is what is happening every time I load the game. Every time I try to access the Vaults, Community, Inventory, My Ball Player, My Profile anything at all. My Inventory is empty there is nothing there.

I have re installed, rebuilt the data base. Nothing has helped.
