For the guys doing 30 Team Control, for the User you set up for the rest of the league do you leave the AI to do Waivers? Like do they make silly waiver moves or should I just put it to Manual.

In my experience the waiver moves are pretty realistic by the CPU. It's mostly lower potential relievers who get passed around the league (much like real life)

Alright, thanks for your advice, cause if I leave in on Manual for the CPU user profile no moves will happen and that's not really baseball. I'll give it a try when I start my Franchise tomorrow.
