Sanchez will be 50/50
An example to cross reference this is Yonny Chirinos of the TB Rays. Spent 2 seasons in IL. Wasn't in 22.Last edited by ShowTyme15; 10-25-2022, 11:08 PM.Comment

Re: 2023
2023
Sixto Sánchez will be the classic player that won't be in the game next year because he didn't play in the majors since 2020
but what really is infuriating is the suspension guys that they remove now and it is all because of roster space now because there are no fake players this is the downfall
so next year tatis will be no doubt missing for 3 months. we either hang around 2 months waiting like we did for Cano or just say screw it create him this was a guy that was on the friggin cover 2 years ago and they removed him!!!
I don't know how many years or how many times I have to say it a simple export and import ANY player option into franchise mode at ANY time would fix this problem. let us keep a few fake players around in free agency that we can overwrite at any time with a import option. so then we can have him in a franchise anytime with correct audio and face scans and stats. and not wait around weeks. if Y2Y saves were to return that would actually fix this as well in a way but I don;t see that return coming they seem done with that. now with the new playoff system Y2Y saves would be hard to move across too. I just wish I knew if Y2Y was coming back next year or not so I would know to invest my off season timing starting a new franchise with free agents moves in January.
Not necessarily on Tatis. Ramon Loureano was suspended to start the year and he was included day 1 this season. They usually (keyword usually) still include people who didn’t play last year if it was due to injury or sometimes suspended. They don’t usually put players in who didn’t play because they weren’t on a team or sucked and stuck in the minors. Take a look at Mike Clevinger and Adrian Morejon. Both missed all last year with TJ and were in day 1 because it was an injury situation.

I see what you mean but the fact they decided to outright remove him is what tells me they won't have him on the default roster next year. Not necessarily on Tatis. This removing players is ridiculous they have to expand to rosters to stop it no excuse in 2022 to be removing things there is unlimited spaceComment

Well, it is bad for the game to not have Tatis in. The general fan/kid might want to pick up the game and play with their favorite player and he’s not in the game. Yes, you can go download a created Tatis but he won’t have any stats.I see what you mean but the fact they decided to outright remove him is what tells me they won't have him on the default roster next year.

Re: 2023
He came off the IL in August. He just then had to go back on the IL with elbow issues. They were definitely trying to get him ready for a postseason run.
