Realistic Bullpen Use: Reworking Pitchers stamina rating and bullpen position

There was a thread that helped address these issues and I am having trouble finding it.



Basically it was a thread about getting the CPU bullpen to use middle and long relief pitchers more realistically then the way they currently do.


Can someone point it to me? I for some reason can't search the forums.

S&B's slider thread has what you are looking for.

Here is the breadkdown.

Put your 2 lowest rated RP's (that have less than 40 stamina) in the long relief slots.

Put your top rated non-closer in SU slot #1

CP goes in CP slot

Stack rank the remaining 4 RP's in the middle slots (BUT be sure to have the highest stamina guy of the 4 be in the middle relief slot #4 (last/bottom slot).

They also have a great set up for simulation sliders to help with CG's/Shutouts/IP etc.
