It’s not an issue on the PS4 version so I don’t think it’s a conspiracy to “urge” people to buy ‘23.

And if they purposely made generic faces why not all the players? Why the ones they did? Why not go after superstars like Ohtani, Judge, Trout , vlad jr, etc?

They tick off the gamers purposely so they must buy 23 to fix the problem? These guys take pride in their product, but when a game is loaded to the gills with options things can go wrong.

I see what you mean but ps4 is a thing of the past now. most people have moved on from a ps4, it is also strange majority of these guys are players that are no longer in the MLB or just plain coincidence?

they couldn't go after big players just random ones to make it less obvious , it just seems strange that one final patch late in the year has caused this and hasn't been fixed and it went the entire year without a issue. the attitude now is 'why bother 23 is out in 2 or 3 months time' it just seems that way to me.

To be fair, I doubt the attitude is “ who cares, 23 is coming out “ and more like “ we’re super busy right now working on 23’ and have hard deadlines to meet”.

They went back and fixed an issue on 21 this past November. So miss me with the they don’t care, they just want you to buy 23 narrative.

I wanted to play ''conspiracy nut theories'' too because there's nothing more I love than an opportunity in creative writing exercises, but I can't top the above no matter how hard I try

also, I doubt seriously this or even the next update patch is the last one 22 sees

Lowerwolf discovered a glitch with a Braves uniform in ‘21 when playing on ps5 . He submitted a bug report and SDS released a patch to fix it.

This happened last month.

They begin working on the next title in August. This has nothing to do with players retired, them wanting you to no longer play 22. All these conspiracy theories are laughable, but in reality its a glitch simple as thst when they corrected a server issue online in the middle of December which even then they did not half to fix that late in the cycle but they did unfortunately it causes some face glitches for PS5 users and im guessing XBOX SERIES X users as well.



It will be addressed at some point but the main team is working on 23 and it could be by the time they fix it 23 news is out and guys moved on already, but some late bloomers havent even got 22 yet so to those this would be a new game to them because there are some folks out therw who play a year behind. So I can see them fixing this for those individuals.

When do they usually do patch updates ? Just do the Math and hope it’s fixed on the next update simple as that, Till then I enjoy the ps4 version with SOFTS so it doesn’t really bother me, I can wait .
