    Let catcher call game?

I’m not the greatest on knowing how to pitch or attack hitters. I play on HOF classic pitching. Should I let the catcher call the game or pick what I want to pitch

I usually go with the catcher until 2 strikes then make my own call attempting for the punch out.

You really master the art of pitching if you really work at it. Setting up hitters, changing your patterns, also knowing your pitchers and how you can make them effective is key, not every pitcher has the same strengths and weaknesses etc. IMO if you just let the catcher call the game then you're not really trying to figure out how to pitch. But thats just me.

I do feel like if the game actually factored in a catcher's "call a game" rating then maybe i would reconsider.......

I do for Spring Training(I play them all) but Regular Season I call my own game. Like previously said change patterns, change speeds, keep batters off balance.

          That's a good tactic.
