New to franchise, questions about signing draft picks

When I sign them, will they replace current players in my minors, or will they be added to the 1A roster or something, bc my rosters appear to be full?

I believe when you sign them after the draft, they don't show up on your roster until the off season.

Be careful. The most you can go over your roster limit is by 5 with draft picks so usually you can sign 5.

The reason is that they add at the first day of the off-season and your roster is still full from players you have to re-sign or release.

You can get around it by cutting an extra player or two from your A ball roste before the regular season ends.

The extras picks will also go into free agency and you can just sign them from there.

This is correct... has always bugged me.. I signed him..he is on my payroll..I want to get him in A ball to start developing him now. not wait 10 months to start doing this.
