Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. If they like what they see buy it, If they do not like it dont buy it. But still everyone has their own preferences and nothing wrong with that.

however the other teams run their club,
      Ijust roll with it.
but if Sony wanted to impress me,
they'd do everything they could to make absolutely everything possible to make everything customisable, right down to even editing the amount of MiLB options, and also renaming umps.
and then they'd bring back y2y saves.
we dont want much, just everything lol
Everybody’s having their own pet peeve ! But something everybody would benefit is a way to have at least custom ‘22 rosters importable in ‘23

I understand the problematic of the Y2Y saves and even the Stadium Builder because too many structure changes would make it problematic. But finding a way to at least export a player and re-import it in the new version would be such a time saver for all the guys who invested hours & hours in rosters.

My pet peeve is to be able to import a player in a franchise

Speaking of pet peeves lol, as mentioned a bit back the whole.changing names on umps was a cool idea i hadnt thought of that one. but also with all the fake base coaches and managers would be great along with there #s...and how for the past 6 or 7 editions the Yankees bat boy looks like hes 47 and has had that same huge face and beard like the short guy Miles Finch from the movie elf..plus seeing those shots of the #97 fake base coach with the worst looking face and body they gotta get all the base coaches and pitching coaches in or else let us edit them.
oh ya and that outdated hire/fire salary system could use some attention.

It’s perfectly fine to lie it he game as it is and has been the last 5 years but my issue is that this game is SDS’S “next gen” game and they didn’t do anything to make it stand out from the previous gen. Stadium creator is great but doesn’t make up for the lack of upgrades in franchise, graphics, and ability to customize the experience. They play it conservative and as a result the experience doesn’t change much from year to year. 2k nba made a splash with next gen by creating a new franchise mode and it’s lived up to the hype IMO. SDS stated the franchise mode doesn’t allow for drastic improvements other than logic fixes, that really never get fixed anyway. They have unlimited financial resources to make this best sports game on the market. Neglect has made this game into the little brother to MADDEN as far as meaningful upgrades.

Yeah I’ve heard money trees grow around the SDS studio. They just have nobody to shake them I gues..

As an Xbox player that enviously watched this series from a distance for so long*, and then to finally get my hands on it 2 years ago.. the lack of options in the Create a Team was one of the most jarring things to me. Really subpar, even compared to small indie games.

The logo making tool is pretty good, but can be a lot better. I have been able to do some cool stuff there.. but the actual options to build uniforms is sad.. Even if they just took their logo tool and slapped it over the uniforms, that would be a huge step up and open the creative minds of the users for some awesome stuff..

Im amped about the possibitly of these options.. cautiously optimistic.. custom teams/unis is semi-tied to the money making DD after all.. fingers crossed.

Can confirm Flyovers are new presentation element added to the game. They showed a snippet of it at the beginning of the stream. Jazz euro step is in as well.

I wish they'd put the foul ball animation back in the way it was a few years ago. Such a small thing that adds so much to the environment.

Euro step is in 22… Know for a fact as I have Jazz on my DD team.

Respectfully disagree. Madden is in the worst shape of any major sports game. The Show has issues but it is still 10x better than Madden.

TOKYO (Reuters) -Sony Group Corp has nudged up its annual profit forecast, helped by a strong showing for its videogame division, and raised its PlayStation 5 game console sales target by one million units to 19 million for the year to March. The electronics and entertainment giant also said its chief financial officer, Hiroki Totoki, would become president and chief operating officer from April 1, while retaining his current role. Incumbent president Kenichiro Yoshida will remain as chairman and chief executive officer.

They have a few money trees and pick them for many reasons other than using to upgrade the game. Shareholders are doing fine.

True, but I’m referring mostly to franchise mode.

Exactly the fact that you can do online franchise with friends is the best part of madden and the draft. It’s just a better experience. That’s all I ask of mlb the show. I wanna be able to play the game the way I want to play it. I wanna have my own sliders in franchise as well since this game is way too home run heavy.

so I'm doing some test simming into the end of the season, and now you only have 3 weeks (all-star week to start of August) to sign you draft picks or you lose your rights to them? is that correct? can't be, can it?
