Be nice to be able to see all the plays of the week videos. If a team has multiple players that has plays of the week that team attributes should be slightly boosted off performance for that week. Pitchers should also have their own award per week. NFL 2K5 had Chris Bergman in the Studio showing all these awards weekly.

Utility players often has Web Gems plays and they should get rewarded. A elite defender would be in (plays of the week) more often than a just a regular player. Boosted attributes would add so much on field play. Umps also need to get rewarded calling good games and bad umps would get demoted to minor league to brush up their game calling. They need to add vision attributes to all umps. Just say a runner beats out throw and the call was called out and the umps gather for replay and the called is reverse the first base ump vision lose points.
