Is there a reason they didn't talk to March to October in the premiere?

I watched the entire thing last week and can't remember them talking about March to October, even though they listed it as one of the topics. Do we know why? I can't imagine that bodes well for the mode this year...

I believe they said at the beginning of the stream that everything they talked about applied to both MtO and Franchise unless they otherwise noted
    Chicago Cubs
    Michigan Wolverines

I'm kinda surprised it even made it back for 22. I figure it'll end up on the cutting room floor sooner rather than later.
it had such great potential when born but petered out quickly with its rigid rosters.
probably the only big change for 23 is that it gets franchises new draft too.
maybe when M2O dies, they can bring back season mode with its differing schedule lengths

I get the feeling MTO has been a bust. Wouldn't be surprised at all if this it's last year.

Yeah, MTO had the potential to be a franchise lite for some of the newer players or players that don’t have time to play a full franchise. But they tied it to DD and awards and didn’t make it customizable with the rosters and sliders. If they made it to where we could at least play with the latest live roster update or even at least an opening day roster and let us have injuries that mode could have really been popular. I could have cared less with the prize at the end if you win.

I wish they would have let us use that free agent system they promoted in 22 in franchise this year. That did look interesting.

I mean, I doubt they just completely scrap it. There's no reason to, they can just keep it in without having to do any work. I just wish they WOULD do work on it because it has the potential to be amazing. And I think it's already pretty good to begin with, I would just like a few more tweaks like full roster control.

They killed the mode when they made it stick to default options, sliders, and tied it to MtO.

Keep the structure but open up the customization.

yeah, if I had complete roster control, I'd go back to playing it, plus the ability to play whichever games I wanted.
lol I think the last time I said that, someone said I should just play franchise (which I do).
so really, presently there isn't anything in M2O for me to give it more than a passing glance and a quick, ''hello, see you later''
