I'm just confirming, but there's nowhere on the player card that it shows where the player was drafted (what year/round) ?

It's a shame, I think the answer is no, but this comes up as a pop up in game sometime, so obviously the detail is still stored for players, so sad it can't be retrieved for the player card.

Also, in game there's a presentation item of the top 10 prospects for each team (including their MLB rank), is there anywhere in game where this top 10 list per team can be accessed?

If so, I guess a suggestion, it would be incredibly immersive to be able to access that all times in franchise ...

I don't play online DD but it honestly sounds like a server side issue.

On PS5, does anyone else wish they would turn controller vibration off for just navigating through the pre/post game and other menus? Just unnecessarily killing the controller battery faster.

We really only need it for actual gameplay.

PS5 - RTTS

I made my player to wear batting gloves and various sweatbands.

He never wears them.

He always wears long sleeves that I didn't select.

Am I doing it wrong? Is this a glitch?

This has been fixed. My player is now able to wear batting gloves.

If I buy the PS5 disc version how big is the download compared to the 60 or so gigs digital version?

Trying to decide because my internet isn’t the fastest. Thanks.

If I’m understanding your question, you can change those things in the minors as well! The menu isn’t very intuitive, and I’m away from my console, but if I remember right, you go to your profile and choose your ball player. Then go to “play style” and then “equipment”. Once you choose your equipment, you can then go to yet a different menu to change the colors and some modifications. From your profile page, scroll all the way down until you see the little QR code and face scan, etc…you can modify your equipment from that section

I apologize if this has been answered, and I’m sure it has, but I don’t have permission to use the search thread feature despite being here for literally 20 years.

Is there another way to change your position in RTTS other than agent interaction? That only comes up extremely rarely, and I’m blocked at my position. I hit 40 HR’s and over .300 as a LF in my first full AAA season and I’m rated low 70’s. As I go into the third season overall, second in AAA, I’m still not on the 40 man/spring training roster. Not only do I have to compete with the Major League LF, but I see that my team in AAA brought in an 80 rated LF in the offseason, pushing me to third on the depth chart. How can I force a position change or even trade other than waiting for the agent to call?

Thanks. Kinda figured it out as well but you info was also helpful getting to the right menu.

(And yes, that whole area is not intuitive at all!)

It looks like you have to earn some kind of points and then use those to purchase equipment to wear. I apparently had 3500 (ish) points so I "bought" some new cleats, batting gloves, arm guard and shin guard, along with some sunglasses. The colors of all these are "fully" editable once equipped.

I have the batter display set to minimum so I just seen the R2 icon. Well it is below the plate and when I push R2, the pitch display box opens up and covers the plate. So I can’t see the previous pitches. I was watching a stream and their pitch display box is in the other batter’s box out of the way.

Anyone have any ideas?

I feel really stupid. How on earth do I select the teams jerseys in franchise? When I start a game and put my controller to the side I want, I can't select jerseys. There's not even a screen prompt to show it's possible.

It's been disabled for a while for everyone AFAIK. I'm able to search by starting a new thread and it gives you suggestions for other threads based on the new thread you start title.

most ps5 games are 20 to 30 gb bigger than ps 4

Does the show 23 have accurate home run songs? I know 21 does and I'm thinking of getting 21 on the PS5 since this is my first PS5 from having a PS4.
