I found it. You have to turn on the 'Batter control displays' ON. Not that big of a deal, but I like to play more of a clean screen type game.

Is it finally possible to let Ohtani play Pitcher and Batter at the same time in one game and is he playing realistically in career mode?

In my franchise he pitched and DH'd on Opening Day

Is casual co-op still in? My friends and I loved this mode.

Did they give us the option to play 9 innings again if it is still in?

I sure hope so. the Orioles best player (closer Felix Bautista) is a CAP.
but in Diamond Dynasty they at least gave him a real life player portrait.

I found it. You have to turn on the 'Batter control displays' ON. Not that big of a deal, but I like to play more of a clean screen type game.

You can put batter control set to minimal to get rid of the control map. Then it's like before, nothing on screen until you hold R2.

I dunno if the cpu is managing him realistically in career mode but you can now forfeit having a dh by putting the pitcher in the dh spot, even in an AL exhibition play now match. heck, if you want too, you can also have Shohei pitch, and a different pitcher DH lol, it's great they have this way they do now

1. Do spring training games still go into extra innings instead of ending in a tie where the teams’ records don’t count but the players’ stats do?

2. Can umpires’ names be edited?

3. Can managers’ and coaches’ names be edited?

These are minor things I wish they’d introduce

To add to this, I've found that during Exhibition games that CPU pitchers are getting to yellow in the 60 pitch range and then red/empty by 80-85 pitches. Anyone else seeing this?

I've only been playing Exhibition games right now on default sliders.
