Missing uniforms

I figured the Rangers would not have their Red jerseys since Nike forced them to get rid of them. But they are missing the powder blue uniform as well.

What other uniforms are missing from the game?

What uniforms (classic) have been added? Just the 9 that were leaked?

Nope, the Rangers had the Red alternate removed, the sunday powder blue uniforms removed and the red hats with the blue bill removed… Hopefully they patch the powder blues in. I Don’t know how to ask anyone from the studio…. Kinda crazy that they wouldn’t be in to me. Not sure on any new throwbacks that are in…. But they moved the Seattle pilots throwbacks to the Milwaukee Brewers…. Other than that just the 9 that were leaked is all I have seen

As for current sets, SDS needs to step it up and add the missing Rangers Sunday Powder Blue.

I'm not sure but I bet there will be plenty of people on The Show Forum asking about the Rangers missing alternates.


So here are the uniforms that will be discontinued this season.


Seattle Away Gray
Tampa Bay Away Gray (though leaked footage had them)
Texas Red Alternate
Previous Twins sets
Toronto Red Canada Day (though may be grandfathered in like Buccs Camo)
Phillies Red Alternate (already in game as "16 Alternate" but accessory colors are wrong)

Maybe Texas scrapped the powder blues as well as the red jerseys. Everyone thought the A’s dark greens missing last year was a mistake, when they’d actually gotten rid of them.

SDS isn't big on patching in classic uniforms but they do wright on the current ones. Also the only uniforms that will be patched in this season will be 7 City Connect sets. Atlanta and Seattle are doing "Fauxback" inspired sets based on leaked photos.

Maybe Texas scrapped the powder blues as well as the red jerseys. Everyone thought the A’s dark greens missing last year was a mistake, when they’d actually gotten rid of them.

Pretty sure on the Rangers website, they had an article about keeping keeping White, Blue and gray and the final decision came down to keeping Powder blue over the red jerseys. But who knows. Just really disappointing to me. Hopefully next year the show can add a Rangers red top as a throwback to their World Series seasons or something… a lot of good history in those red uniforms.

The red cap/white jersey with red undershirts is alternate 1 in 23 the show and……

In 22 the show if you leave the jersey as the home white, but change the hat and pants both to alternate 1 the undershirt and belt and socks will change to red for the current white jersey.

Looks like SDS used the Powder Blue slot to make a home with with red accessories but kept the Blue Away top in.

Alternate 1 was the red jersey last year, they replaced that with the white/red alt and removed alternate 2 which was the powder blue one…

For the Phillies 2016 "Alternate" did they finally correct the accessory colors? Team Color 1 is RED not blue and Team Color 2 is BLUE and not red.
