    MLB The Show '23 Walkoffs!

Hit a dramatic homerun to win the game? How about a seeing eye single that found its way to through the infield to bring in the winning run? Or a shot in the gap or down the line?

If you've had a dramatic win (or took a dramatic defeat) share you video, stories, and/or photos here!

To get started....Tommy Edman in a Spring Training game walks off the Mets on a double down the right field line scoring Ivan Herrera from 2nd base. It was Edman's lone hit in a game that I had him play in its entirety due to him struggling at the plate. What a way to break out of the slump.

BTW...I noticed the web gems thread was stickied, so is it possible to sticky this one as well? Would like to keep both on the front page hoping many others will contribute as the year goes along.

    Thank you in advance.

You know what dude, I've busted your balls on these boards before over a trivial difference of opinions and other nonsense regarding the game, but in all sincerity and seriousness, it makes me happy to see you enjoy it so much and post these clips and experiences on here. No joke, it feels good. It's wholesome. I hope this is the best Show experience yet and gives you more memorable games, moments, and enjoyment than any before. It looks like a good start already, and the game looks prettier than ever.

Re: MLB The Show '23 Walkoffs!

I forgot about this thread. Could've been sharing some memorable moments throughout my franchise seasons...

Just had what may be the greatest comeback I've ever pulled off.

I trailed the Marlins 1-0 heading into the bottom of the 9th inning and with a runner on 3rd and two outs, Tyler O'Neill his a ball between shortstop and third base that Marcelo Mayer gets to and throws to first but O'Neill beats by a step to tie the game.

Fast forward to the 11th inning, we are down 5-1 after A.J. Puk blew up in the top of the inning. We have two outs and a runner on 2nd base when we proceeded to score 5 runs on 5 straight, I mean back to back to back to back to back, singles to walk off the game 6-5. We scored 6 runs in our final out of the game to win!

You get one run and its like meh. Score the 2nd run and you think the pitcher will settle down or the ball will find a glove. After the 3rd run you start thinking its possible. After the 4th run, to tie the game you start thinking we can't lose this game now, and when the winning hit drops and the winning run crosses the plate, you start thinking, I can't believe that just happened! No way that just happened!

Absolutely bonkers! This is why imo opinion baseball is the greatest sport of them all. Because you never run out of time to win the game, you exhaust your opportunities.
