Re: Should we expect a Day 1 patch on release day?
I know this morning before I left my house for work my game was doing a download that said it would take roughly 13 hours. Not sure if this is normal thing day one of a game but the game has been downloaded on my console since last week. The only thing I could do before I left this morning was play a demo-mode of Phillies v. Astros. Again, not sure if this is normal.Comment

Patches don't fix rosters. That comes in roster updates and we won't get one of those until after opening day, most likely next week.Check out my updated 2017 blog on building a high school football video game:

Re: Should we expect a Day 1 patch on release day?
Does anyone expect any of the rookies who debuted last year and are no longer rookies to be added to the game? It seems like every new release they’ve always added new players and some notable minor league prospects for a majority of teams. But this year I’ve only noticed a handful of new players added but the rest of the new players just have generated faces. I have also noticed that a lot of the players have their batting stance in the game and their windup such as felix bautista but just have generated faces.Comment

Upon install, mine downloaded Update File version 1.01? PS4. So, looks like there is an update file. No Notes released yet as far as I can find.Comment
