    where's the gap?

I see so many people say the graphics and movements aren't "next gen" and I don't get it?

I watch my son play games on his PS5 and characters run everywhere right through bushes then downhill 100 mph and to me it doesn't look like anything special.

Then I wonder if it is the quality of televisions people use that makes the difference?

    Thoughts?

The gap is you can fire up the PS4 version of MLB 18 on your PS5 and it will look the 95% the same as the PS5 version of MLB 23. That’s what people mean.

At one point this game was among the best-looking games on consoles, and in turn a bit of a graphical showpiece for Sony. Nobody mentions this game’s graphics as being anything special anymore. That’s also what people mean.
        Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.

With all this being said it still looks your watching a live game if you are just walking by. a4201fbc-13d8-4626-a69e-b3b3d21c7fb1.jpeg
