cant use vault logos in franchise mode?

im trying to create the montreal expos to replace the rays and the Las Vegas A's. Any time i try to import a logo it says an error occured

I dont know because i download the file within 5 seconds of trying to use it and i am still connected to the servers. I tried it on Switch and Xbox One

Hmmm. I’m not seeing that. I’ve been able to import logos.

My issue with the vault is having them actually show up so I can see what I’m about to actually download.

i tried using the logos from the vault in mlb 22 and im gettin the same error
