RP to SP / SP to RP

Besides Stamina are there any other attributes that are more specific to a SP versus a RP or an RP to an SP?

I have to many SPs and want to convert to RPs, trying to determine the best players for these positions.

For Closers I look at high Control and low Stamina. Same for a SU

I just want guys that throw gas. 97+ is typically what I want for relievers with a high K/9. Need strikeout guys to get out of jams.

At least one will have a sinker or 2 seamer to get groundballs if I need a double play but mostly I just want the heat.

Just in general I look for guys with a slider and a changeup because those 2 with a fastball is really all you need to dominate.

I think there are variables in play with your staff. I've had a lot of success in the past with different types of relievers. Last year I had a closer who had terrible control but had high k and hits per 9 attribute. So I basically didn't even aim I just let it fly. Had a lot of success with that dude.

I don't think that works as well with starters though as you would end up with high pitch counts very quickly.
