Wrong Round 1 draft order -SDS please fix

Wanted to add this topic in hopes that the dev team sees this and can update. The end of Round 1 for the 2023 draft is all jacked up. I play the mariners in franchise which is why I noticed this and I believe they are what screwed it up. The mariners have pick 29 this year because of the new promotion rule. They
Moved Julio up and he won rookie of the year so they gained a first round pick. This was not added and therefore also messed up picks 30-32. The Mets and dodgers shuffled order (32 and 36) due to competitive Balance rules. With these errors it has now set the entire second round off by 1-2 picks depending on the team. Then I believe due to the pick errors the bonus pool money is also wrong for several teams. Mariners are at ~$9m in game vs ~$13M in real life. I would think this should be an easy thing to patch if they have visibility. And as a mariners franchise players I need that extra round 1 pick!!

1. If you think something is wrong, you should submit a bug report on the SDS website. But just as an FYI, something like that may be VERY difficult to patch post-launch due to the risk of invalidating/breaking ongoing franchises.

2. I'm not entirely sure that 'promotion rule' is in the game. I don't remember them specifically talking about it during the franchise breakdown. Not saying it IS or IS NOT in, just that I do not recall them mentioning it.

Yeah I would assume if it was fixed you would have to restart franchise to have it right but if there was risk of it breaking current franchises then I'm assuming that it would be a no-go.
