10,000 seats will probably double what there will be in Oakland.

I feel like Vegas isn't going to give Fisher the half billion he wants and the move will fall through.

Hopefully then he ends up saying it to some Oakland version of Steve Cohen who wants to keep them in Oakland.

The A’s are trying to leave for basically the same reason the Raiders left. The Coliseum needs a lot of repairs and updates. The team owners and the city leaders cannot agree on terms to make any updates/improvements to the stadium.

As a former A’s fan I would caution everyone to slow down. There is no guarantee the A’s actually move to Vegas. This ownership group has announced new stadiums in Fremont and two different sites in Oakland that went nowhere. They once announced they were going to build a stadium on land that was a community college and released a long announcement video before they ever talked to the school board who shockingly voted to keep their school. And the owner’s ONLY public statement EVER was to announce they were not paying minor leaguers during COVID. He is an owner who inherited his money and has never completed a business deal anywhere close to this scale.

So will the A's minor league club in Vegas move to Oakland?

You could just not use the gray Oakland jersey and use an alternate (green) on road like Seattle and TB are doing in real life now.

It will be interesting to see what attendance it like for MLB in Vegas. I would have leaned toward Nashville as a city with more of a core fan base.

I'd recommend using the stadium creator in the game. It's fun to use once you figure it out and you can build a stadium very close to the real thing.

I think Nashville is more in line for the expansion in 2027 or 2028. And they can stay in the AL West. Who I think benefited from the A's moving to Vegas is Portland. Because Vegas was an option for an expansion team. I think it would be between Nashville, Montreal, and Portland. I don't know if they would want to expand with 2 east teams though.
