Button Accuracy Throwing Not Working?

So, when I first started playing the game, the new button accuracy with the dynamic, throwing meter, was just awesome. Making an off-balance throw, would cause the throw meter to move, and to shrink for a perfect and accurate throw. For some reason, it has stopped working. Any idea as to what I might’ve hit for settings, or why they’re all exactly like it was back in 2022s game?

Well, this makes sense because I just turned it on in order to see the catchers PCI. I will turn it back off and see if that does the trick. Thank you.

I did the same thing. Sucks PCI stuff is tied to this.

I have the catcher PCI on and actually still saw the new meter tonight. I think I was playing a March to October game, but it definitely caught me off-guard and I missed on the throw.

That's the first time I've seen it with the PCI on though - maybe it can still trigger but much, much, much less frequently than normal?

They did not fix it. Turning Fielding Aids to “On” nerfs the dynamic button accuracy.

Definitely fixed for me. It’s a dynamic meter now where before it wouldn’t move.

Same. I wasn't really using API (or CPU pitch suggestion as it's called now) pre-patch but I did switch it to on after the patch came out specifically to test. First ball hit up the line to Wisdom was the moving green zone - which I was completely not ready for and chucked the ball into the 1B dugout .

I think the moving zone only happens on preloaded throws where the play is at least somewhat difficult - if you wait for the full gather you won't see them because the game considers that a "routine" throw.

Try it in custom fielding practice with it set to slow rollers or grounders. You should definitely see the moving meter before too long.

This lol. I’ve been playing with catcher suggestions on. So imagine my surprise when the first play to first of the entire game sailed into the crowd haha. Definitely going to take some getting used to
