    Best non created parks

I play on the Switch, so I do not have access to all of the created stadiums. To start a franchise as Oakland and move them somewhere but I’m having a hard time, deciding what stadium in the game I wanna use.

I am leaning towards polo grounds, but I would like to hear other people’s thoughts on what and why… might be something I’m missing

Also, does my budget get affected by attendance? If not, I may use a Minor League stadium

Are you looking to use one of the historic parks or are you open to using one of the 30 stadiums currently in use? If I’m choosing one of the current 30 id use Coors field, I love the big dimensions when you hit one in the gap

I am going to take the Oakland franchise and re-brand it. So are you saying I should just use Coors Field and let Colorado use it as well?

I just know I do not want to play in Oakland and unfortunately I cannot get created stadiums on Nintendo switch

Old Texas is a very nice facility, I play there with the Rays.

Old Texas. I don’t remember seeing that one, but I may have just missed it. Is that what it’s called? And it’s preloaded in the game?

I am away from my system right now, but I will be able to hop on in about a half an hour or so. I’ll try to look for it.

Yes it is in the game. I believe it is called “old Texas” but it was actually built in 1994 and has a lot of character.

When I start a franchise mode, I keep the A's in the Coliseum through 24 and then assign them Oracle for a couple years while they wait for the new stadium - which I built them - to be 'ready' in 2027. Oracle is beautiful, it would keep them in market, and be somewhat realistic for you.

Hey Joe, I think you are on to something. I have always wanted to do a franchise at Oracle Park, because I absolutely love that park but I’ve just never wanted to be at the Giants. I never really thought about putting the A’s there but that’s a great idea. May have to use a little bit of imagination to make it “work” but I think that is definitely doable especially with it being a National League team sharing with an American League team.

I appreciate that thought. I really do want that challenge of rebuilding Oakland. I think I’m gonna go for it.

This, times two. I would go with Old Texas or Old Atlanta. Polo Grounds is great for a series every now and then but the extreme dimensions render it more a novelty stadium. Too many cheap homers down left and right field lines, tho the abundance of triples is less bothersome, and more welcome. But yeah, Old Texas before Polo.
