I mean...3 seasons isn't all that difficult IMO....I'm already midway through season 3 right now (started in mid-April) and expect to have that wrapped up in the next 3 weeks or so (I've been running about 6-7 weeks per season). Honestly, the hardest season to get through is the first one; every year after that gets easier and easier.

It's definitely not for everyone though....

Seems like a lot of franchise players do a lot of simming. Idk, maybe not.
I wanted to ask a couple of questions specifically to players that play every out of every game of franchise.

What rosters do y’all prefer? I can’t decide if I want to rebuild the A’s, or get immersed in a new fictional league?

When you pick a team, do you pay much attention to the goals? If you are putting this much playing time in, do you keep GM contracts on?

Want to get something started, trying to figure out what road I want to go down…

Rosters - I use default rosters.

I pick the lowest payroll team in the NL Central. This year it was Cincinnati. I turn GM contracts off because I create my own team and want to be owner/GM/manger.

I use manage mode and play every game until my team is eliminated from the playoffs. Only then do I sim the rest of the season.

I also use pretty strict self imposed trade restrictions.

Currently in 1st place in the NL Central May 2024 after missing the playoffs in 2023.

I'm probably at 14 games per week on average. 2 games per day.

14 a week, with some playoff games, would take you over 12 weeks still. So somebody who’s finishing a season in 6-7 weeks is playing atleast 28 games a week or 4 a day.

Good way to put it. Good bless those who can do it. But between my job, marriage, and parenting, let alone other hobbies no I don’t have 3 hours a day to get in 4 games, and that’s if you use quick counts.

I build about 3 stadiums per week and even that only requires averaging 1 hour per day.
