Not earning XP after reverting back to default sliders

I strictly play Franchise (on Xbox series X) and noticed I haven’t been earning any XP after games. I thought it was because I played with the sliders, so I put all sliders back to 5, but after playing a game, I still didn’t get any XP. I’m signed in, I receive the daily player/equipment rewards when I first start up the game, I’m obviously connected to wifi… did I miss something? Please help!

Did you download todays patch/update?

I was having the same issue (PS5) but after todays patch everything is working properly

I guess mine hasn’t? It’s version 1.0.0.99

Just played another game and got the ‘No Rewards - Play games and complete missions to earn XP and reach new Program Tiers!’ message.
I did the ol’ turn-it-off-and-on-again (on the console, not controller), ejected the disc, too. I tried unlinking my account as well.

I’m not playing with ‘real’ rosters, does that matter? I have a number of legendary players mixed in with the current players (because Tony Gwynn will forever occupy the Padres’ right field)

I’ve stopped getting any XP/rewards after any online rated games. Hasn’t worked for about 2 weeks now.

It’s stuck on level 7.

Got a reply this morning (Stoked on the response time!) that uninstalling and reinstalling COULD resolve the issue. Again, absolutely delighted that I got a response so quickly, but the Debbie Downer in me can’t help but think something along the lines of ‘…..so what you’re telling me is just a fingers crossed guess?’. Man, if they woulda typed SHOULD instead of could, my mind would chill out, lol.

I’ll report back later after I do this!

Just finished a game after uninstalling and reinstalling and that seemed to do the trick! Now I can go back to wondering where Bochy and Joe Dillon (Nats hitting coordinator. Shares name with my best friend) went.

On PS5 if I uninstall the game and reinstall. Will I lose all my saved settings, camera angels etc etc etc ??

If so, I’m not doing that to just get the rewards back. Screw the rewards. I didn’t get any coins, packs or players, gear etc etc etc like previous years. Just a pack once in a blue moon with players at 64 overall.

You will not. Your save files are separate from game data/install
