Changing Coaches

So I have changed coaches in the past but wasn’t sure if I could tell much difference after doing so.
I am currently doing a franchise with the A’s. I finished Spring Training with 4 wins, but I also played a lot of minor league players after a few innings trying to find that hidden jewel. The season started with very little success and I decided to replace Head, Hitting and Pitching coaches. Wow….it has made a significant difference this time. Maybe because the A’s had nowhere to go but up.
So if you’re playing a low level team that might be a good start as opposed to trying to find players. I will still be trying to find players in my budget but the coaches was a great start.

Are you playing the games or simulating the games? If you are playing the games does the manager or coach actually have an impact on the players performance? If so I had no idea that was the case after all these years of playing.

Playing the game, coaches and managers impact players but I still think its too minute to notice. Unless you go from a D-coach to an A+, its really hard to tell a difference in my opinion.

I am playing the games. I don’t simulate or manage any of them. It also impacts the player’s attributes.
