It could just be me but I think the grass at PNC Park in this clip looks different. Looks good to me and the new scorebug looks great with the pitch clock. Actually really impressed all around with this clip.

Idk what happened prior to this play but somehow it’s an 0-2 count bottom of the first and Kelly hasn’t thrown a pitch according to the pitch counter.

Since the CPU cannot benefit from reviewing a play at 1st, I see it as an unfair advantage for me to do so and turn the feature off, making all calls correct (which is the end result IRL so long as the replay officials in New York do their job - sadly not true 100% of the time)

This pitch clock situation is the reverse, but it's the same basic idea - the cpu is not going to get dinged by the pitch clock unless there is coding to cause it to sometimes happen. Therefore the clock can only work against me as the user. Assuming these things are actually correct when the game launches, that is why I will turn it off if given the option when playing vs cpu.

Agree 100% with all of this. I really hope this affects the cpu as well.

They probably just set up the scenario for the moment in debug mode.

I still think it needs to be in the upper left instead of the bottom right.

Man, I am so glad I can no longer afford this game or ever bothered with a PS5.

Agreed! What was their explanation when they changed it? Better clear view when the ball is hit in the air? I never felt it was hindering the view..

Would be nice if we could place it in any corner we’d like.

Option for both would be good.

Perhaps it interferes when batting. I'd believe it.

I'm not sure but it actually interferes with some shots in the lower left. When it shows the wide shot of the pitcher and batter it covers up the batter.

My guess is that this is "The Show Theme". They posted a 20 minute video of "Impact Plays" in a blog post earlier today with a different theme that looks more like the "Regional Theme".

Noticed that in the clip of the Phillies and Dodgers from the premier, it’s game 4 of the NLCS. You can hear Boog saying it in the background. If you look at the scorebug it says nothing about it being the postseason or the NLCS. That’s something that I hope wasn’t removed. It added to the immersion seeing NLCS on the scorebug. Hopefully it was just the build they were using for the clip.
