A way to have bench coach’s mean something in MLBTS

It’s been brought up in a few threads on here that you guys would like real bench coaches added to the game. I have an idea that could be a fun gameplay idea.

To keep it simple let’s have named hitting and pitching coaches but they provide pluses and minus to the players stats. Hitting coach example +2 to clutch with runners on -2 to K’s with a 0-2 count. I’m sure you can come up with better examples

Pitching coaches samething. They can even be hired or fired by you.
    MLB: Chicago Cubs
    NFL: San Diego Chargers
    NHL: Chicago Blackhawks
    NBA: Chicago Bulls
    NCAA: Iowa Hawkeyes

First base coach attribute to give a boost or reduction in base running while on first. Third base coach to give a boost or reduction in baserunning when on second or third. So you want your better coach at third.

Not sure how this plays in but I use auto base decisions in franchise. Would be cool if they had the first and third base coach decisions whether to send runners and such based on the way they do it in real life, This ofc assuming one day we get all real coaches at every spot

Another excellent reasons coaches should be editable with editable attributes. I can see why real coaches and managers should be hardlocked in regard to name edits, but in the outside of franchise modes roster, you should be able to move real coaches off your team and replace them with edited coaches.

Yes i was part of the brought this up clan however small it is lol. Im still just wanting Bullpen logic redone and id be happy...and even though it wont happen a new injury system its stale and doesnt compare to nba 2k's. which is a shame considering how much injuries are a part of the sport. rain delays that force doubleheaders would be cool but id settle for just a better tweaking of the current rain delay system where your pitchers actually DO have more of a chance to get hurt for coming back in.. and in fact rain delay or not rework the entire energy bar system cuase even with the injuries slider turned up ive never had a pitcher hurt for staying in the game too long...make a system where that matters...instead of it meaning nothin basically as i can throw 50 more pitches after my energy bar was completly gone in the red..anytime..with no injuries.
