Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
I don't have the game but was surprised as to how few impressions there are after being formally released. I know a lot of the impressions in that thread were from folks who got the game early. I expected an onslaught of feedback and impressions but not seeing that many posted yet.
I know it's early, but it seems as in the past tons of people would be posting. Think it's due to a midnight release time?Comment

Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
Why can’t all fastballs be edited up to 105mph or 106?
4seam
2seam
Sinker
Cutter
Running
All should have the ability to go that high. Editable in franchise for any pitcher. Everyone of these forms of fastballs has been over 103mph by different pitchers. But we have to rely on Sony to give us an outliner and maybe get to 102. There is a 19yr old throwing 103mph on the Nationals.
Also we need ghost fork or some nastier movement on pitches. Same pitch movements since PS4. These pitches now a days are so nasty. We have the same movement even with 99 break on pitches.
Time to take this game up to the next level!
Another thing needed bad imo is exit velo. Guys who go over 115mph or the supers that go over 120mph. When they get perfect perfect type hits. Without affecting power. Like Elly or O’Neil hits balls 115 plus all the time but power still needs to be 70’s or so. Come one, let’s make this game great.

Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
I’ve always hit with analog stride/timing only …
In this year’s version I notice you’re able to queue up a contact, normal or power swing beforehand … I don’t recall that ever being in the game before (was it?) It’s added a nice extra bit of strategy to my games.
Secondly … is there anywhere in franchise where you can see a list of who won the World Series in past seasons ?Comment

Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
I'm not sure when it changed, or maybe it didn't and was just put in a different spot, but there used to be in the box score how many pitches each pitcher pitched along with how many were strikes. Example: Greene 96-64
Is that anywhere in this year's game? I know you can look at pitcher analysis, but that will only tell you how many pitches and the strike percentage.
I know, a tiny thing that is completely inconsequential to anything, but I'm curious.#WeAreUKComment

I'm having the same issue. Hopefully it's just a bug and will be fixed and not intentionally taken outComment

I’ve always wondered this as well. Anyone know? Thanks.

Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
When uploading a roster with injuries to start franchise will that only take the default roster or will it take the active roster if I've made changes to it?

Re: MLB The Show 24 Q&A Thread
I believe it’s default roster only. I haven’t seen the option when loading a altered roster.MLB: TORONTO BLUE JAYS
NFL: MINNESOTA VIKINGS
NHL: TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS
NBA: TORONTO RAPTORSComment
