I would really like to know why some established players don’t have their actual photo on the scoreboard. Players of note are the Phillies Rojas, doesn’t have actual picture. Merrifield who just recently joined the team has a photo. Doesn’t make sense to me.

IIRC, players have to agree to have their face scanned and photo used in the game. If they don't sign off, they aren't included.

Anyone else had an insane amount of batters get hit since the patch? Prior to the patch I’d have one occasionally get plunked. Since the patch I’ve played 3 games and have had 7 hit batters.

If pitcher control and consistency set to anything less than 4 you will see a number of hit batters by CPU pitchers... especially if consistency is very low.

I am debating on going with two teams. I hate to take the time to set up two different franchises but I might have to. I was thinking about just doing both teams in one franchise and put the Pirates and Orioles on my profile and the other 28 teams on the CPU profile. The only bad thing is I'll be scouting the same players.

My question is, I assume that when I'm scouting for the Pirates, I won't see the players that the Orioles scouts have scouted. But are we able to draft with two teams at one time?

Im using meter pitching. Has anyone else noticed there is a slight lag when moving the cursor from the middle of the plate to your desired location? I’ve used meter pitching for the longest, and this is the first time I have ever experienced this type of delay/lag.

Last year, in RTTS, I started a career and then started a second one and the second one gave me the option to use the player I'd previously created and developed.


Can you still do that this year? I don't seem to be able to find that option.

Has SDS ever done another thing like they did on here a decade ago where they took our requests for last name pronunciations? When they did that I posted on here and SDS actually put my last name in the game, the only video game ever that's had my last name in it, and it remained in the following years until Matt was replaced with Boog, and sadly they never re-recorded the old names with Boog.

I really wish they would do that again, but if they have I'm not sure where they've taken requests. I tried emailing SDS support a few years ago and the person that responded was very kind and wished me luck, but another year has gone by and my last name still isn't in the game anymore.

Yeah its been a thing since day one this year. Ive pretty much gotten used to it by now.

What they need to do is have Boog record the list of names from the MLBTS21 database. After they do that, they should then ask again.

He said during the Cubs game the other day that he is still recording audio for the game. Hopefully that includes names. Unfortunately he isn't on X.

Yes you can draft with two teams. With 30 team control, even with CPU on auto drafting, it still gives you the 4 minutes for the CPU teams instead of the normal 10 seconds. You have to skip ahead to next user pick in order to advance the draft or let the 4 minutes run out.

Quick quesion.

Does the game still suggest when to rest my field players in Franchise mode?

I'm into 9th game and still havent seen the suggestion that a player need to be rested.
For example, the game usually suggesed a rest for catchers between 3 to 5 games in previouse versions.
I haven't seen any suggestion from the game so far.
