Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
I spent a LOT of time looking this stuff up. Glad someone noticed unprompted :')Originally posted by modernlordNumber fonts on helmets are correct now. Cubs even have the Red Sox font like they do in real life. It's a little touch I just happened to notice.Comment

I like them. Gives me 90s Taco Bell vibes. “Yo Quiero Taco Bell”…………I’ll see myself out.Originally posted by TripleCrownNews Rockies City Connect

It sounds like designers realized dark pants is not the way to go in most cases.
Love those BTW….Comment

Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
Couple things I stumbled upon while on vacation: The A's batting helmets from the 2000s, specifically for the Alt Home 2000 and Alt Road 2001 helmets (since they're supposed to be identical), should have a unique logo on them not seen anywhere on SportsLogos.net. It at first glance looks like the A's logo in the Oakland roundel logo used as recently as last year, but it's clearly still different. Here's how they looked on the helmets
I'm currently in the process of trying to recreate the logo and seeing if my SO can help since she's a digital designer.
Going down this rabbit hole, I also found an old Uni Watch article that showed that the Braves' batting helmet logos used to be much fatter than their standard logo
I will update the errors list soon
UPDATE: Here is the A's helmet logo made as an EPS fileComment

Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
Is there a bug with the Jackie Robinson uniforms? I just played a game in Minnesota on Jackie Robinson day and the visiting Mets were wearing white while the Twins were wearing gray. When you scroll through the uniform selection screen the Mets Jackie Robinson uni is their home white and the Twins is their road gray.Comment

Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
Those are just the uniforms they wore last year for JRD. I usually just change the uniforms to their standard ones in Franchise so it isn’t mismatched. You lose the patches on the caps and don’t get the Dodger blue 42 on the jersey, but at least everyone’s wearing 42 and the guys with Stance socks have the regular JRD ones. They’re more akin to the way MLB used to do the JRD uniformsOriginally posted by reyes the roofIs there a bug with the Jackie Robinson uniforms? Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
If anyone has any suggestions for what to add or change regarding uniform errors, here’s the link to my document. I haven’t been properly documenting each significant change added up to this point, but I’ll try to now.

Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
I think it’s great we celebrate JRD, and hope baseball always will. I love the socks, having patches on jerseys and hats, and ceremonies before the games. But, and maybe this is just me, I’m kind of over everyone wearing 42. I kind of wish everyone would just wear their normal numbers.Originally posted by laguna_bobThose are just the uniforms they wore last year for JRD. I see #42 with no last name on the jersey and the first thing that comes mind is everyone is wearing Mariano Rivera's numberOriginally posted by bronxbombers21325I think it’s great we celebrate JRD, and hope baseball always will. This has needed to be done for the past several years.Originally posted by ReturnoftheTmacWish they’d tie team color 3 to the pants and not the tops you pick. Can’t really do grey shoes etc with the grey they have as it’s too dark.Comment

Re: Official 2025 Uniform Errors and Omissions:
It was only a handful of players at first and they didn’t want it to be everyone. But then the league used it as a way to celebrate it for everyone and diluted it. I agree that they should just have a patch or something going forward.Originally posted by bronxbombers21325I think it’s great we celebrate JRD, and hope baseball always will. Noticed while doing some roster edits that the Blue Jays ad patch is always on the left sleeve. It should alternate based on whether someone bats left or right.Comment

The Blue Jays are the only team to wear their ad patches on the same sleeve regardless of handednessOriginally posted by bronxbombers21325Noticed while doing some roster edits that the Blue Jays ad patch is always on the left sleeve.
