Does everyone sit at computer desks to play or like less than 2 feet from their tv?

I guess I never noticed any issue but I sit across the room on my couch when I play, so I’m like 12-14 feet from the television. And I have crappy eyes too, just wondering if people sit much closer and that’s why eyes are so susceptible to the lighting

I sit far away on my bed about 12 feet from the TV which is 55 inches. The problem is I have an eye condition which causes eye pain from bright lights. My eyes strain very easily because of it. My wife also has an eye condition called Ocular Rosacea and two other eye conditions. She loves watching me play, but it actually is making it very hard and painful for her to watch me play this year.

My wife and I spend our lives in bed. I have many issues with my neck and back. My back issues have pretty much made me bedridden at 33 years old. I literally can't sit without severe pain to my tailbone region and back. It's caused by multiple conditions unfortunately. She has MS which makes her bed ridden. I know it's all too much information, but just was adding full context.

Back on topic, it just would have been nice if they had a dark mode menu theme option for the game. I love all the themes they added this year, especially the new version of the Region theme which changes based on the uniform you choose which was an incredible decision. Very awesome choice. I like The Show theme as well, but it would have been great if they had The Show 23 theme as a 3rd option theme this year. It would have made it perfect.

I realise I'm in the minority here...but I'm quite enjoying the colour scheme of the game this year.

Each to their own but I do understand why it is causing issues for others.

Quality control just isn't a thing any more at SDS.

We've seen years of poor in-game QC and now its bleeding into just basic UI design. It's astonishing on these things can happen with a AAA title.

I can only repeat myself, even though there are many in this forum that defend SDS any chance they get; it is just plain laziness. The only care they put into these games anymore is creating shiny cards for the whales.

Yeah, my eyesight is pretty poor so when I saw this thread I immediately had concerns it would affect me but I can afford to sit all the way across the room because I play on a 75'' TV. So far the brightness isn't affecting me yet, so right now I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

It’s not laziness. It was a poor design choice, perhaps. And the bunk about people defending SDS any chance they get is laughable. Bulletin: most who like and enjoy this game point out problems with the game. So, yeah, you’re on repeat.

I don't mind the brightness, but some of the font choices are perplexing.
