This for me also. Catcher Far was MLB 16 catcher view right? I’ve been using that hitting view so long I just stick with it.

Have they changed the no doubt HR camera this year or lessened the frequency. I haven't seen one since starting my Cardinals franchise. Probably 10 or so HR's total by me and CPU and although I do like the drama of not knowing most of the time, even a towering shot I'm not seeing the no doubt animation.

I'm on hybrid broadcast, catcher for hitting, dynamic defense and pitching.

Been playing with the “Wide” camera for a while now. I like the view and the pitch speed from that angle. I’m finding that pull hitters are actually pulling the ball now especially against the same side pitchers. I had to abandon retro view after so many years of using it as I have just gone completely default slider wise because well I just give up lol.

I think you’ll end up happier that way. I’ve never once enjoyed a sports game more because I tweaked sliders over and over. This is a great baseball series out of the box - not perfect, but very enjoyable if you relax and accept it.
