Re: add players to injured list
First, CPU Roster Control (the option that basically allows the user to control all player movement in the league, for keeping up with real MLB and such) needs to be off. It's one of the options shown when you start a franchise and cannot be turned back off mid-franchise once it's on.
Then, in User Settings > Gameplay > General > Rules set Injuries to Manual.
Finally, to actually assign an injury to a player, go into the injured list, view the team's list you want with L2/R2 (or use the wheel by holding down R2) and press L1 or R1. You'll see the team's full roster, and from there you can select players to assign injuries to. You can remove them from players on the same screen.
Edit: One note - Injuries will not occur naturally during games (or sims) with it set to manual - you need to put that setting back on once you're done intervening to allow that to happen.Last edited by bcruise; 03-19-2024, 03:56 PM. -
Re: add players to injured list
Anyone have a list of injuries that happen on that day? I want to start 4/5 and I’m playing with it now to get ready but, I’m not seeing the injuries in real life. I know the game does some but not all. I’m trying to catch up and then switch to on for what happens happensComment
